Shipping Information

* Dispatch schedule is every Monday, Wednesday and Friday (except public holiday).

* Packages will be dispatched on the nearest shipping schedule after receipt of payment. We only do shipment by appointed carrier JNE.

* Default shipping is JNE Regular Service. Other available options are JNE YES (Express Courier) and Gojek Pick-up service. Please contact us directly by Line or WA should you wish to opt for any of the last two options.

* Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk.

* Shoes are packed in box and wrapped safely in plastic. Recipient name and address will be written clearly on the front of package.

* Please input your address as accurate as possible with exact city and postal code to ensure your package arrives in timely manner.

* Request of airway bill (resi) will only be given after 2 days from the date of dispatch. Any discrepancy is for customer to check to JNE tracking website using the airway bill no.
