To re-set your password, follow the 'FORGOTTEN PASSWORD' instructions on the SIGN IN page. Please note, for security reasons we are unable to send your old password via email.

  • HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE, AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

Default shipping is by JNE Regular service. We also cater for JNE YES (Express Courier) and Gojek Pick-Up services for Jakarta Addresses.

Shipping cost is vary according to location and distance.

  • HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive notification from us. If you have registered, you can also follow the progress of your delivery by signing into your account and selecting My Account followed by Order Status.

  • CAN I CHANGE MY MIND FOR SIZE AND COLOR OF SHOES ORDERED?

Strictly no refund but we only allow one-time exchange for size. Please read carefully our exchange policy.

  • WHAT ARE THE ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHOD?

Payment can be made by bank transfer to our BCA or Mandiri Bank account, otherwise using credit card (price will be automatically converted to USD using exchange rate provided by Paypal).
