Exchange Policy (not applicable for SALE items)
1. Exchange is only allowed for size discrepancy, not for design and color.
2. Product is still in new and good condition.
3. Deadline for exchange is 3 days from the date of receipt. Request exceeding this time limit will not be entertained.
4. Shipping charges will be born by customer (either be included in the shoes box or by bank transfer).
5. We cannot guarantee the availability of product. Should the chosen product is unavailable, customer has to choose other product (and top-up the difference if the price is higher).
6. Exchange will only be processed after we received the product sent by customer.
7. Only ONE time chance given for exchange.
